Following the parade local entertainment in the village green was popular with many families taking the time to mingle and catch up. A selection of talent including youth singers Ricci Turner, Puhiwaiora Ngawaka, and Tamea Te Rauna,
Nicky Dingle and Irene Straker providing a comical take of the popular top twins, Lauren Andersen a local vocalist and daughter Hayley, Imperious Dance Group - several dances performed, including talented national hip hop dance representative Taylor Bradbury, and the Te Kuiti districts Pipe band.

Local man, MC Mark Andersen provided stage equipment enabling the event to be a real success including the support of his family in creating Christmas cheer throughout the village green. We are fortunate our community spirit supports these events especially so close to the busy time of Christmas.

The annual Christmas stocking raffle winner no. 504 Josh Miles, was certainly happy to receive the news he won the giant stocking full of kindly donated gifts from businesses and community members.

Here are a few photos to reflect the event.
