The Food Goes Wild in Aria
SOME wonderfully wild dishes were presented at the Wild Food Cook-Off at Aria Cosmopolitan Club last month.
Judges Melanie Simpson, Gavin Todd and Mike Cox were absolutely blown away by all dishes submitted, and the judges commented that the presentation and taste was restaurant-worthy.
Ranging from duck, wild pork belly, turkey curry, venison, to pate and nuggets, our members/patrons got to enjoy the spread after judging.
First place went to Corey Barnsdall with his wild smoked pork belly.
