Amazing Xmas parade

WHAT an awesome turnout for the Piopio Christmas Parade 2022!

A big thank you to everyone who helped with the parade especially our local shops, Tony Schrafft and of course Vinny from Specialized TM – you have all been amazing. An even bigger thank you must go to everyone who put the time and effort into the floats – we even had the Womens World Rugby Cup join our parade! You all keep the community spirit alive.

The overall Piopio Christmas Float shield winner was Piopio Pantry.

2nd: Rebecca Bates
3rd: Kim Michelle Wilson.

The stocking raffle was won by a very appreciative local, Mark Anderson.
Mark and his wife Lauren would love to share this message to all that have donated and contributed to the Stocking:
“Please say a HUGE thank you to all the donators! Things are so tight in households at the moment (including ours), so to have this and be able to put a smile on other people’s faces is priceless!”
