A “spooktacular” Halloween

Piopio Halloween was absolutely fantastic!

It was a ‘spooktacular’ event filled with fun and excitement. The whole community came together to make it a memorable afternoon for everyone. Kids, parents, and even local homes and businesses joined in the Halloween spirit, sharing treats and creating a festive atmosphere.

A special shoutout to the Fat Owl for providing a fantastic finish to the event. Let’s not forget the amazing individuals like Josh Barnsdall, Dj Huia Robert, Patea Muraahi, Jacob Hiraki, and Turimanu Fraser for their help on the BBQ, and Emma Thompson & Simpson Tree Works for their kind contribution towards the BBQ for the kids.

I hope the kids had a blast and weren’t too tired from all the fun. Piopio Halloween was truly a community celebration to remember!
