Cleaning up at Aria’s Big Day Out

ON THURSDAY, July 18 the Aria community organised a ‘Big Day Out’ to hold working bees at Aria School, St Helens Domain, Aria Hall, and the Aria Cosmopolitan Club.

The day culminated in a shared meal sponsored by King Country River Care.

A lot of work was carried out, including waterblasting, painting touch-ups, cleaning of signs, fencing, planting, and general interior cleaning.

Everyone participating were invited to enjoy a delicious hangi meal prepared by Glenn ‘Jonesy’ Jones and his crew, as well as the Aria Netball Club. A big thank you to all who helped out around the district.
